On 15th November 2018.Chicago Planning Commission approved the Permitted Development Plans for GMH’s 13 million sq.ft scheme, including ground retail, hotel, offices and 10,000 residential units. GMH is the freeholder, as well as the development partner of the master developer Related Midwest.
